Open Houses–Jan 10th, 17th, and 18th!!

If you are curious on how the foreclosure auction process works don’t be shy.  There are 100’s of open houses valleywide both this weekend and next weekend.  Homes in all price ranges will be auctioned off at a public 3 day event the end of this month at the Mesa Convention Center-Main Hall. <!–[if gte mso 9]> Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 <![endif]–><!–[if gte mso 9]> <![endif]–>

You have the opportunity to snag some amazing real estate investment deals!!

However, it is NOT your typical transaction!  …and YES a Realtor can represent you at the auction at no cost to you.

Three key things to keep in mind when you bid on an auction property:

  1. You will pay a 5% premium to the auction company on top of your winning purchase amount
  2. You must bring $5000 in the form of a cashiers check to open escrow-without it you CAN NOT move forward and in the event your bid won– the property will go right back up for auction the same day.
  3. You must do any inspections BEFORE you attend the auction event.  You will not have access to the property until closing in the event your bid wins.
